We believe that home learning activities should support and consolidate learning in school and are essential to ensure the children make the maximum progress in their learning. 

Home learning is compulsory and will include a mixture of:

  • Literacy activities which may include phonics, reading, spellings and written tasks 
  • Maths activities which may include number facts, number bonds, times tables and written tasks

Reception: Reading (for pleasure and related to phonics teaching)

Year 1 & Year 2: Reading; Maths activity; Grammar activity; Spellings

Year 3 - Year 6:: CGP Books 

These tasks are set weekly by the teachers for your children to access at home.
